Saving More Lives Than Ever Before

2018 was a record breaking year for lifesaving at Pima Animal Care Center. Last year Pima Animal Care Center took in 17,023 dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, gerbils, and more! Donors and supporters of Friends of PACC, the official nonprofit partner to the shelter should be proud of the extra love and care they helped provide to thousands of homeless pets.

90% of the pets in the shelter’s care were saved through adoptions, fostering, and rescue partnerships.

Did you know that Pima Animal Care Center is the only shelter in a 9,000+ square mile stretch of Southern Arizona that never turns away a pet in need?

Pima Animal Care Center is here for our neighbors and the pets they love.

Friends of PACC had a great year as well, having reached completion of our Your Love Saves Lives campaign to fund lifesaving programming, critical care, and special supplies.

Your Impact Through Friends of PACC

Donors to Friends of PACC give pets the extra love and care they need to find new homes. This extra care manifests in the form of specialty medical care and medications, adoption and foster programming, playgroup staffing, community outreach, and more.
